Do you want to return your order? Here you will find support.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure everything arrives back to us in good condition, please return the items as original packaging as possible, clean, and unused.
IMPORTANT: Please send us a brief email in advance at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com so that we can announce your return at the warehouse and send you all further information.
In the event of a withdrawal, you will bear the cost of the return shipment yourself. For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide you with a discounted return label for €3.00. For returns from France, we charge a flat rate of €8.00. Returns from other countries should be sent back to our warehouse at your own expense.
You will of course also receive all further information about the return and the correct address again by email at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com.
Damaged product - Did you receive a product that is damaged?
In rare cases, it may happen that you receive a defective product. Please contact us then with a photo of the damage or the error at hilfe@eulenschnitt.com, then we can quickly get an idea of it and offer you a replacement.
