In this post, you will find instructions for the three games from our game pad set. We wish you lots of fun rolling dice, guessing, and sharing unforgettable moments together!

Game rules for Try your Glück

Everyone loves to try their Glück, right? "Try your Glück" is our creative interpretation of the popular dice game and promises lots of fun! For a round of Try your Glück, each player receives a score sheet and a pen. All players roll 5 dice in turn and try to achieve the best combinations on the pad. A game full of thrills and surprises awaits you!

Here's how it works:

  • Each player has three rolls.
  • During the first two rolls, dice with matching numbers can be set aside.
  • After the third roll, a field on the score sheet must be filled in. The goal is to score as many points as possible for one of the fields on the score sheet.
  • Something must always be entered! If a field is missed, 0 points must be entered.
  • The next player takes their turn clockwise.
  • The game ends when all players have filled in all the fields listed below each other on their score sheet.
  • But beware! Sometimes it's worth trying your Glück instead of waiting for the classic combinations.

Point distribution:

  • First, the points in the upper section (ones to sixes) are added.
  • Players with at least 63 points receive 35 bonus points.
  • Then the points are added up in the lower section.

The total score is calculated and the player with the most points wins the round.

Eulenschnitt Games – Try your Glück

Game rules for Plant, Animal, Feeling

Everyone probably knows Stadt-Land-Fluss, but have you ever tried to test your creativity? With our game pad "Plant, Animal, Feeling", exactly that is possible. I love the game! The creative answers lead to lots of laughs. Each player needs a pen and a sheet from the pad for one round. A stopwatch ensures a fair game.

Instructions:

  • A player begins by quietly reciting the alphabet to themselves, perhaps even with a hand over their mouth to avoid influencing the others.
  • Another player interrupts the first with a loud "Stop", after which the first player loudly announces the current letter.
  • After the letter is announced, all players take their pens and paper to find a suitable word for each category. The words may only begin with the selected letter.
  • As soon as a player has filled all categories, they call "Stop" and all players stop writing.

    Point distribution:

    • Each player shares their answers for each category.
    • A player receives 10 points if their word is unique.
    • If words match in a category, the involved players each receive 5 points.
    • A player gets 20 points for a word if no other player thought of a term for the category.
    • The total points are added up and entered in the "Points" column.

    Rules for Sinking Boats

Who didn't love playing Battleship as a child? With our game pad "Sinking Boats", you can relive that nostalgic feeling. This is definitely a game I always enjoy playing! For our Sinking Boats game, each player needs a sheet from the game pad and a pen. Maybe you also set up a small divider between you to avoid cheating.

    Game instructions:

    • Each player places their "boats" on the playing field.
    • Which boats (or hearts) are available to you is listed on the game pad.
    • Players take turns calling out coordinates to find and sink the opponent's boats.
    • But be careful: the opponents might outsmart you with clever strategies!
    • Note the hits in the second square and try to be the first to sink all the opponent's boats.
