11th door: Chocolate on a stick from our ice cube trays

When it gets cold outside and the days become quieter, there is hardly anything better than a warm cup of drinking chocolate. It gets even better when it’s homemade – with lots of love, good ingredients, and a little extra for the heart. Our drinking chocolate on a stick is exactly that: a cozy winter moment that also makes a wonderful gift.

With our Eulenschnitt ice cube molds, preparation is very easy and looks especially pretty. Whether for yourself, as a small gesture, or as a loving gift – these chocolate sticks are sure to bring bright eyes.

Ingredients for your drinking chocolate on a stick

  • 300 g chocolate of your choice
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • Wooden sticks
  • Optional: edible dried flowers, mini marshmallows, nuts, or spices

It's that easy

First, gently melt the chocolate and then stir in powdered sugar and cocoa until a smooth mixture forms. Pour the chocolate into our Eulenschnitt ice cube molds and wait a moment until it slightly sets. Then insert the wooden sticks and decorate the surface as you like with dried flowers, marshmallows, or other small extras.

Let everything set completely and then carefully remove the drinking chocolate from the mold.

Moment of enjoyment

For a cup of hot chocolate, warm up milk, add a chocolate stick, and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
A small moment to pause, warm up, and enjoy.
